Shuttle 43 was a Kelvin-type shuttlecraft that was in service to Starfleet, assigned to the USS Kelvin in 2233.

In the alternate reality, Captain Richard Robau used this shuttle to go to the Narada at the behest of Nero. (Star Trek)

The number 43 was on the doors and aft hull of this shuttle.
It is unclear exactly what became of this shuttle after Robau's death, but if she was kept aboard the Narada she would have been destroyed with the ship in the Battle of Earth.
