Shuttle 2 was a Kelvin-type shuttlecraft that was in service to Starfleet, assigned to the USS Kelvin in 2233. This shuttle was the second to last shuttle out of the Kelvin's shuttlebay during the Narada's attack. She was destroyed by one of the Narada's torpedos while flying just behind medical shuttle 37. (Star Trek)
While the shuttle that was destroyed behind shuttle 37 wasn't identifiable by its markings at the time, it was the shuttle just behind shuttle 37, and there was another shuttle behind it, which would make it shuttle 2 based on the order the shuttles exited the Kelvin's shuttlebay.
