The Kelvas system was a major planetary system in the Cardassian Union. A planet in this system, Kelvas V, was the site of the Kelvas repair facility. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 46, the Kelvas system was a trinary star system. The system's primary and secondary were K-type stars, and the tertiary was a red dwarf. This system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
