Keloda was a Delta Quadrant location with twin stars as well as a star that had collapsed into a quantum singularity.

Neelix once was nearly trapped in this singularity while on a "particularily dangerous trade mission" to the twin stars of Keloda. Neelix used his trip as an example to Kes in his explanation of quantum singularities. (VOY: "Parallax")
