For the prime universe counterpart, please see Kelby.
Ensign Kelby was a Starfleet officer serving aboard the ISS Enterprise in 2155.
Kelby was amongst the Enterprise crewmembers who survived the ship's destruction in escape pods when Enterprise became trapped in a Tholian web. Kelby and the other survivors were subsequently rescued by Commander Archer aboard the USS Defiant NCC-1764, where Kelby participated in the attempts to restore warp power to the advanced ship. Kelby was killed by Slar, a Gorn slavemaster who was overseeing the Tholians' efforts to cannibalize the ship, after Slar lured Kelby into a service junction with a plasma regulator which Slar had stolen. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
The mirror version of Kelby was played by actor Derek Magyar, who also portrayed his prime reality counterpart.
