Keith Williams is a comic book artist, likely best known for his work on The Phantom for well over a decade.
He worked for Marvel Comics, doing ink art on a number of different series. He worked primarily on the Star Trek: Untold Voyages for Marvel's Star Trek line, doing ink art on all five issues in its limited run.
