Keith Smith (birth name Keith Chapman Smith) (5 January 1921 – 6 January 1996; age 75), also credited as Keith C. Smith or K.C. Smith, was the director of photography for TOS: "By Any Other Name". During his career as a cinematographer he worked on both feature films and television series. He was the director of photography on Desilu's other television series project, Mission: Impossible between 1968 and 1970.
