Keith Giffen (born 30 November 1952; age 60) is a comic book writer and artist, best known for his work on the Legion of Super-Heroes series.

Giffen broke into the industry in the mid-1970s, and worked primarily for Marvel Comics until the early 1980s when he moved to DC Comics to drawing for Legion of Super-Heroes. This soon led to writing the series. He continued writing that series for some time and also worked on various Justice League titles, including creating the Justice League International series in 1987 with J.M. DeMatteis and Kevin Maguire.

He contributed pencil work for the B cover for the first issue of IDW's Star Trek - Legion of Super-Heroes.
