Keith R. Gearhart is an actor who worked as a regular background performer on the last four seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He portrayed a Starfleet officer and was wearing two different colored uniforms, one of the sciences division and one of the operations division. Gearhart also worked as stand-in on several episodes such as for Roger Rignack on "The Perfect Mate".
According to the call sheets, Gearhart was scheduled to appear in the fourth season episode "Qpid" in corridor scenes, in the fifth season episode "Imaginary Friend" in Ten Forward scenes, and in the seventh season episode "Bloodlines" at the ops station on the bridge but was not filmed or cut from the final episodes.
Gearhart is also a trained martial artist and worked on stunt live shows including "Conan the Barbarian" in the early '90s. He had supporting roles in the romance The Party (1988) and the crime drama The Secret Life: Jeffrey Dahmer (1993, with Andrew English).
