Minnis, First Maje of the Pommar
The Kazon-Pommar are one of the eighteen Kazon sects, led by First Maje Jal Minnis.
In late 2372, the Pommar hosted a peace conference on the planet Sobras, organized by Kathryn Janeway and Mabus of the Trabe. Minnis and the other Kazon leaders in attendance were nearly killed when the conference turned out to be an attempt by Mabus to eliminate the Kazon leadership. His plot was unsuccessful, serving only to deepen the hatred between those two races. (VOY: "Alliances")
