Katik Shaw
Katik Shaw was a male Rutian from Rutia IV and member of the Ansata, a terrorist organization fighting for the freedom of their continent, during the 24th century.
In 2366, when the USS Enterprise-D was delivering medical supplies to Rutia IV, he witnessed a bombing outside the Lumar Cafe, where he worked as a waiter. He then witnessed the abduction of Doctor Crusher. He was later called into the police station for questioning on the topic, but claimed not to know anything.
Commander Riker told him to deliver a message to the Ansata, that the Federation was willing to negotiate for the safe return of Dr. Crusher. (TNG: "The High Ground")
