Karen Steele (20 March 1931 – 12 March 1988; age 56) was a Hawaiian-born model turned actress whose career ran from the early 1950s to the early 1970s. Born in 1931, she made sixteen movies (the most famous of which is probably 1955's Marty) and about fifty television guest appearances, usually playing tough, hard-boiled characters.
