Kandra Vilk was a woman who owned and operated a shop on Deep Space 9's Promenade that sold Bajoran tapestries and antiques. Kai Winn Adami was aware of her establishment.
In late 2373, she left the station and moved to a neutral world near the Coridan system. She was one of several station residents to leave, due to the threat of war with the Dominion. (DS9: "In the Cards")
