Kali was a female Klingon officer serving aboard the IKS Klothos under Captain Kor during the late 2260s.

In 2269, Kali planted an explosive capsule in the computer room of the USS Enterprise, which was intended to destroy the ship, following its escape from the Delta Triangle and once it reached warp 8. (TAS: "The Time Trap")

As a product of 22nd century genetic engineering, Kali was descended from Klingons affected with the augment virus created in 2154. (ENT: "Divergence")

• The voice of Kali was provided by Nichelle Nichols. Kali is also the name of a Hindu goddess.

Apocrypha Edit

• The Tears of the Singers, a Star Trek novel, has Kor married to Kali. If this was the case, Kali could have been the mother of the child Kor lost to the Albino.
