A female Kalandan
The Kalandans were an advanced spacefaring race who lived 10,000 years ago. As they expanded their civilization, they built faux planets, which they utilized as outposts. During the creation of one of their planets, they encountered a deadly microorganism that infected and killed its' inhabitants. Supply ships that visited the outpost then inadvertantly transported the disease back to the Kalandan homeworld and presumably lead to the destuction of their race. (TOS: "That Which Survives")
