Justin McCarty is an actor who played a Romulan civilian in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode s "Unification I" and "Unification II" in 1991. As a background actor he received no credit for his appearances and was identified by the call sheets of the episodes and the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
