Julianna McCarthy (born 17 August 1929; age 82) played Mila, Enabran Tain's housekeeper in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episodes "Improbable Cause", "The Dogs of War", and "What You Leave Behind".

She appeared in the 1996 movie The Frighteners with Jeffrey Combs, who also appeared in "The Dogs of War" and "What You Leave Behind".
