These colonists resided at the Juhraya colony in the Demilitarized Zone in 2370. Among them were also a few members of the Maquis. In 2370 they were attacked by three Cardassian soldiers, who were disguised as monks. At least one man, Macias, died during the attack, but the other Maquis members, including Ro Laren, were able to kill the Cardassians. (TNG: "Preemptive Strike")
All colonists were played by background extras, except two, who were played by stunt men. None of them received on-screen credits for their appearances. It is unknown if all colonists were members of the Maquis.
