Jude Ciccolella (born 30 November 1947; age 76), born Richard Jude Ciccolella, is the actor who played the Romulan commander Suran in the movie Star Trek Nemesis. He was born on the same day as Nemesis director Stuart Baird.

He has made appearances in many other films, including the political comedy Morgan Stewart's Coming Home (1987, with JD Cullum), The Shawshank Redemption (with Bill Bolender, Brian Brophy, Clancy Brown, Bob Gunton, Mark Rolston, and William Sadler), Boys on the Side (starring Whoopi Goldberg, Aaron Lustig, Stephen Gevedon, and Mary Anne McGarry), High Crimes (2002, with Ashley Judd, Bruce Davison, and John Billingsley), Down With Love (2002, with Jeri Ryan, Michael Ensign, and Warren Munson), The Terminal (2004, with Michael Nouri), The Manchurian Candidate (2005, with Charles Napier, Dean Stockwell, and Miguel Ferrer), and, most recently, Frank Miller's Sin City. He also had an uncredited part as Hogan in Clint Eastwood's 2004 Academy Award-winning drama Million Dollar Baby, which also featured Lucia Rijker, Benito Martinez, Tom McCleister, Jamison Yang, Miguel Perez, Marco Rodriguez, Spice Williams-Crosby, Rosine "Ace" Hatem, Bridgett Riley, and Boni Yanagisawa.

However, he is probably best known for his role as Mike Novick on the television series 24. He has worked with a number of other Star Trek actors on that show, including his Nemesis co-star Alan Dale as well as Penny Johnson, Gregory Itzin, Michelle Forbes, Glenn Morshower, Harris Yulin, and Ray Wise.

He was most recently seen in the fourth season finale of Boston Legal, the ABC drama series starring William Shatner and John Larroquette. Ciccolella's episode, entitled "Patriot Acts", also guest-starred Henry Gibson and Richard McGonagle.
