Joy Kilpatrick is an actress who worked as the on-screen photo double and stand-in for Roxann Dawson in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Faces". She received no credit for her work.

Kilpatrick co-starred with Patrick Stewart in the 1998 thriller Safe House, playing Stewart's daughter. She was most recently seen in an episode of HBO's Curb Your Enthusiasm with fellow Trek alumni Christopher Darga, Paul Dooley and Jimmie F. Skaggs.
