Joshua Harris (born 27 November 1978; age 45) is the actor who portrayed Timothy in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "Hero Worship" in 1991. He filmed his scenes for this episode between Thursday 17 October 1991 and Friday 25 October 1991 on Paramount Stage 8, 9, and 16.

Harris is probably best known for his role of Christopher Ewing in the drama soap Dallas on which he worked semi-regular between 1985 and 1991. On Dallas he worked with Trek actors such as Susan Howard, John Beck, Morgan Woodward, William Smithers, Leigh Taylor-Young, and Mary Crosby. For this work he received three Young Artist Award nominations between 1987 and 1989.

Other television projects during the 1980s include guest and recurring parts in A Death in California (1985, with Fritz Weaver, Kerrie Keane, Chad Allen, Michael Cavanaugh, and Kenneth Tigar), Falcon Crest (1985, with Robert Foxworth, Kate Vernon, Warren Munson, and Fran Bennett) where he played a younger version of Jonathan Frakes' character, The Twilight Zone (1985, written by James Crocker), and St. Elsewhere (1986, with Norman Lloyd, Ed Begley, Jr., Christina Pickles, Kate Mulgrew, and Milt Tarver).

His television work was followed by supporting roles in the drama Just Between Friends (1986, with Salome Jens, Castulo Guerra, George D. Wallace, and Darwyn Carson) and in the television drama Go Toward the Light (1988, with Brian Bonsall and Matthew Faison).

Further work includes recurring roles in episodes of Twin Peaks (1990-1991, with Richard Beymer, Clarence Williams III, Wendy Robie, Tony Jay, and Ron Taylor) and Paradise (1991, with Patrick Kilpatrick, Walker Edmiston, and John Bloom), the television drama Locked Up: A Mother's Rage (1991, with Diana Muldaur, Karen Hensel, Matthew Faison, and Ian Patrick Williams), and a guest role in The Commish (1992, with Kaj-Erik Eriksen and Gabriel Damon). He quit acting in 1992.

Between 2004 and 2008, Harris worked as producer and director on several music and DVD behind the scenes specials such as Field of Dreams, New Jack City, and The Making of 'The Scorpion King 2: Rise of a Warrior'. More recently in 2011, he worked as story producer on the reality television shows Master of the Mix and American Guns.
