Del Arco as Hugh
Jonathan Del Arco was born in Uruguay in 1966. He played Hugh, the Borg drone with a sense of individuality, in TNG episodes I, Borg, Descent, Part I and Descent, Part II.
He also appeared as Fantome in the Voyager episode The Void.
