John Nogawski is the President of CBS Television Distribution, which currently holds the distribution rights to the Star Trek television franchise. He was named president of the division in March 2002 and reports to Joel Berman, the President of CBS Paramount Worldwide Television Distribution. Nogawski oversees all distribution activities for CBS Paramount Network Television, as well as the marketing and promotion, research and finance for the division, and all operations for CBS Paramount Advertiser Services, which is based in New York.

Nogawski joined Paramount in 1983, becoming an account executive in 1985. In 1990, he was named Vice President and Manager of the eastern division of Paramount Domestic Television. Two years later, he relocated to Los Angeles as Senior Vice President, General Sales Manager for Paramount television and was named Executive Vice President, General Sales Manager in 1994. He then became the President of Distribution for the division, a post which he held until 1999. [1]
