He is probably best known for his recurring role of the Suliban Silik in the fifth Star Trek television series Star Trek: Enterprise.

Fleck filmed his first appearance on Star Trek in "The Mind's Eye" on Friday 22 March 1991 and Thursday 28 March 1991 on Paramount Stage 8 and 16. His Borothan costume from the episode "Cold Front" was later sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Fleck had a regular role on Carnivále as Gecko, along with Adrienne Barbeau, Clancy Brown, Michael John Anderson, Scott MacDonald, John Savage, Robert Knepper, K Callan, and Frank Collison.

He also had a regular role on Murder One as Louis Hines. Other regulars and semi-regulars on the show were Daniel Benzali, Barbara Bosson, Gregory Itzin, Kevin Tighe, Stanley Kamel, Donna Murphy, Victor Bevine, Ned Vaughn, Adam Scott, Conor O'Farrell, Richard McGonagle, Clayton Rohner, and Jack Kehler.

He played the mendicant in the park on the film Falling Down and appeared in the Babylon 5 pilot episode as the tech runner Del Varner (also featuring Andreas Katsulas, Patricia Tallman, and David Sage). In motion pictures he played a doctor in Waterworld and "Explosion Thug #2" in The Naked Gun 2½: The Smell of Fear (the other "Explosion Thug" was played by fellow TNG guest star Reiner Schöne). More recently, Fleck made an appearance on the NBC series Chuck, produced by Robert Duncan McNeill and starring Tony Todd and Bonita Friedericy.
