Joel Swetow is an actor who portrayed three different alien characters in three episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Star Trek: Enterprise. In addition, Swetow lent his voice to the Star Trek video games Star Trek: Armada, Star Trek: Invasion, Star Trek: Voyager: Elite Force, and Star Trek: Armada II.

In 2000, he starred in the motion picture Return to the Secret Garden with fellow DS9 guest star Michelle Horn. He also appeared in an episode of Crusade, a series that starred Daniel Dae Kim.
