Joel J. Kramer (born 10 September 1957; age 66) is a stuntman, stunt coordinator, and director who portrayed the Klingon navigator in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. In 2017, Kramer worked as stunt coordinator of the Los Angeles unit for the Star Trek: Discovery first season episode "The Vulcan Hello".

Born in Tucson, Arizona, Kramer is a close friend and personal stunt double for Arnold Schwarzenegger in films such as Commando (1985), The Running Man (1987), Twins (1988), Total Recall (1990), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), Last Action Hero (1993), Jingle All the Way (1996), and Batman & Robin (1997).

Among his stunt resume are films such as Invaders from Mars (1986, with Louise Fletcher, Eric Pierpoint, Donald Hotton, William Frankfather, Eric Norris, Scott Leva, and stunts by Tony Brubaker, Dana Dru Evenson, Spiro Razatos, and Lincoln Simonds), Predator (1987, with Richard Chaves, Kevin Peter Hall, and stunts by Gary Baxley, Tony Brubaker, and Doug Coleman), Moonwalker (1988, with Nikki Cox), Total Recall (1990, with Michael Champion, Ronny Cox, Roy Brocksmith, Lycia Naff, Marc Alaimo, Ken Gilden, Frank Kopyc, Robert Picardo, and stunts by Simone Boisseree, Ann Chatterton, Vince Deadrick, Jr., Doug Coleman, Dana Dru Evenson, Nick Dimitri, Freddie Hice, Cherie Tash, and Vince Deadrick), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991, with Nikki Cox and Jenette Goldstein), The Bodyguard (1992, with Bill Cobbs, Mike Starr, Bert Remsen, Donal Hotton, Douglas Price, Tyce Bune, John Tesh, and stunts by Dan Koko), Eraser (1996, with Vanessa Williams), Batman & Robin (1997, with John Glover), Pearl Harbor (2001), The Last Samurai (2003), Collateral (2004), and Death Sentence (2007).

More recently, Kramer served as stunt coordinator and second unit director on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (2008), with regular Thomas Dekker and semi-regular Matt McColm. Kramer received an Emmy Award nomination for the coordination of the episode Gnothi Seauton for which Spice Williams, Edward Conna, Diana R. Lupo, and Scott Leva performed stunts. The last production he worked on to date is Blade Runner 2049 (2017).
