Joel Fredericks (born 11 May 1959; age 54) is an actor who played an ensign in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Timescape" in 1993.

Fredericks was born in Bethesda, Maryland. He had guest roles in the Cheers episode Rebecca's Lover...Not (1992, starring Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, and Bebe Neuwirth) and in an episode of Sirens, and had a supporting role in the television thriller Murder Between Friends (1994, with Jay Robinson and Ellen Geer).
