Joe Piscopo appeared as The Comic.
Joe Piscopo is a stand-up comic, who was part of the Saturday Night Live cast from 1980-84 (working with the late Charles Rocket during his first year). One of his most memorable impressions on that show was Frank Sinatra. He went on to make movies and continue his comic career. He played The Comic in (TNG: "The Outrageous Okona").
