Joe Paz is an actor who appeared as an extra in many episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series. As a background actor he received no credit for any of his parts.

Prior to his Star Trek role, Paz had supporting and background roles in the comedy Excuse My Dust (1951), and episode of The Jack Benny Program (1957), and the musical South Pacific (1958, with Ray Walston and France Nuyen).
