Joan Swift (born Joan Whitney Hill) (born 11 May 1933; age 90) is the actress who played Aurelan Kirk in the first season episode of Star Trek: The Original Series titled "Operation -- Annihilate!".

She made several appearances on such television programs as The Lucy Show (starring Lucille Ball) and The Jack Benny Program. She also made guest appearances on such shows as I Spy, Bewitched, and Ironside, and appeared in the TV movie Lucy Gets Lucky, with Lucille Ball, Dean Martin, and Lee Delano.

She made uncredited appearances in the Jerry Lewis films The Patsy (1964) and The Family Jewels (1965). She also had uncredited roles in the 1965 drama Brainstorm, starring Jeffrey Hunter and Phillip Pine and featuring Biff Elliot, Steve Ihnat, and Bill Quinn, and the 1971 science fiction classic The Andromeda Strain, directed by Robert Wise. Fellow Star Trek alumni Bart LaRue, Michael Pataki, Georgia Schmidt, and Garry Walberg made unbilled appearances in the latter film, as well.
