Jimmy F. Skaggs (born James Neumeier) (20 December 1944 – 6 July 2004; age 59) was the actor who played Glinn Boheeka in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Wire". He also voiced characters in the video game Star Trek: Away Team.
Skaggs co-starred along with TOS actor George Takei in the Oblivion films (1994 and 1996). Those movies also featured Trek guest stars Julie Newmar, Carel Struycken, and Meg Foster.
His other film credits include Cutthroat Island (1995), Hollow Man (2000), and Catch Me If You Can (2002). Also that year, Skaggs appeared in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, in the second season finale episode The Hunger Artist, with Catherine MacNeal and Mark A. Sheppard. He also made several appearances on the television series ER. His last role was in the Monk episode Mr. Monk Meets the Godfather.
Jimmie F. Skaggs died of lung cancer in 2004.
