Jim Magdaleno was a Federation Starfleet officer in the 24th century.

Magdaleno was among the personnel of Starbase 32 in 2354. (TNG: "Violations" production art) He later became a member of the Starfleet Science team who assisted in constructing the USS Voyager. As such, he was honored with his name being listed on the starship's dedication plaque. (VOY production art)
