Jessica Sloan was the wife of Section 31 operative Luther Sloan, and mother of his two children.

Julian Bashir and Miles O'Brien encountered the persona of Jessica while linked to Sloan's mind via a neural interface in late 2375, when they were attempting to discover the cure to the morphgenic virus infecting the Founders. Jessica handed Sloan the cure to give to Bashir, because she was grateful that Sloan was becoming more attentive to her. However, before the cure could be turned over, another Sloan, the one loyal to Section 31, killed Jessica's Sloan and stole the cure. (DS9: "Extreme Measures")
