Jessica Scott co-wrote the story for the Star Trek: Voyager episode "One Small Step" with writing partner Mike Wollaeger.

Scott and Wollaeger have also co-written one episode each of The X-Files, Young Hercules, the SyFy's Strange World, and Cleopatra 2525, as well as a two-part Goosebumps episode. Between 1998 and 2000, they wrote several episodes of the children's show Animorphs.
