Jennifer Gatti (born 4 October 1968; age 55) is an actress who played the role of Ba'el in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episodes "Birthright, Part I" and "Birthright, Part II" and Libby in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "Non Sequitur". Her costume from her previous Trek appearance was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] Gatti was a runner-up for the role of Kes, eventually won by Jennifer Lien. Gatti's earliest work in film was as the title character in the video for Bon Jovi's hit song "Runaway". Gatti made her movie debut in Mobsters (1991, with F. Murray Abraham, Seymour Cassel, Frank Collison, Willie Garson, Christian Slater, and Titus Welliver), followed by We're Talking Serious Money (1992, with Robert Costanzo and Barbara Alyn Woods), Nemesis (1992, with Nicholas Guest, Cary-Hiroyuki, and Branscombe Richmond), and Double Exposure (1993, with Ron Perlman).

After The Next Generation, Gatti appeared in Things That Go Bump (1997, with Gregory Itzin), Blood Money (1999, with Erich Anderson, Alicia Coppola, Raymond Cruz, and Gregory Sierra) and Millennium Man (with Jonathan Banks, Michael Harney, and Monte Markham). The most recent movie Gatti appeared in was 2002's The Ten Rules.

On television, Gatti starred in the CBS Schoolbreak Special (with Lanei Chapman and Tricia O'Neil). Gatti next appeared on Doogie Howser, M.D. (starring Lawrence Pressman and James B. Sikking). She also appeared on Cheers (starring Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, and Bebe Neuwirth). Gatti's next television role was on Flying Blind (with Robert Bauer and Cristine Rose). Other appearances include ER (with Lily Mariye), The Division (with Joseph Campanella, Georgann Johnson, Julia Nickson, and Simon Templeman), NCIS (with Alan Dale, Tim Kelleher, and Rudolf Martin), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (with Steven Culp, Wallace Langham, and Kim Rhodes), CSI: Miami, with fellow Next Generation/Voyager guest star Eric Pierpoint and due to her work on NCIS, Gatti won a guest role on JAG (starring David Andrews, Scott Lawrence, and Zoe McLellan), in an episode with Dey Young. Gatti also appeared as a guest in a 2005 episode of Surface, and in a 2010 episode of Drop Dead Diva.
