Captain Jenkins
Captain Jenkins is the imaginary Captain of the USS Vortex in The Doctor's holonovel Photons Be Free. She is very war-like, always has her ship at red alert, and decorates her ready room with small weapons. In the novel, during the incident with the Caretaker, she killed a dying man so that the EMH character will heal the less seriously injured helm officer in his stead. (VOY: "Author, Author")
