Jeff Sanders is a stuntman and actor who served as stunt double for Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr.'s Klaang in the Star Trek: Enterprise pilot episode "Broken Bow". He filmed his stunt scenes on location in Bakersfield on 12 June 2001 and 13 June 2001 under stunt coordinator Vince Deadrick, Jr.

Sanders started to work in front of the camera in the '90s with guest parts in the television series Ellen (1995, with Raymond Forchion), Players (1997, with Gregory Itzin, Marta Martin, Harve Presnell, and Mike Starr), Ally McBeal (1998, with Gary Bullock, J. Patrick McCormack, Dina Meyer, and Marty Rackham), and Sister, Sister (1998, with Rachael Harris). His feature film credits include the comedy Spy Hard (1996), the thriller The Chamber (1996), the crime comedy 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag (1997, with Ric Sarabia and Miguel Perez), the drama L.A. Confidential (1997), the drama True Friends (1998, with Bertila Damas, Michelle Bonilla, Al Foster, and Kevin Grevioux), the thriller Thursday (1998, with Eugene Collier and Marjean Holden), and the drama Time of Her Time (1999, with Blake Lindsley and Larry Drake).
