Template:Realworld Jeff Mart (1 March 194321 November 2009; age 66) was a camera and steadicam operator who worked as extra camera operator on the Star Trek: The Next Generation fifth season episode "The First Duty" in 1992.

Born as Andrew Jeffrey Mart in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, USA, Mart was the first person in the world to privately own a steadicam system.

In his 31 year career in the entertainment industry, Mart worked as steadicam operator on projects such as the short documentary Spartree (1978), the horror film One Dark Night (1983), the horror film The Supernaturals (1986, starring Nichelle Nichols and LeVar Burton), the horror film Silent Night, Deadly Night Part 2 (1987), the horror film Pumpkinhead (1988), the thriller Freeway (1988), the horror film Howling V: The Rebirth (1989), the science fiction film Tremors (1990), the comedy Sibling Rivalry (1990, starring Kirstie Alley), the horror sequel Child's Play 2 (1990), the science fiction thriller Eve of Destruction (1991), the crime drama Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man (1991), the horror film The People Under the Stairs (1991), the crime drama American Me (1992), the fantasy comedy Wishman (1992), the thriller The Fear Inside (1992), the television series Red Shoe Diaries (1993), the comedy Made in America (1993, starring Whoopi Goldberg), the adventure Iron Will (1994), the drama There Goes My Baby (1994), the thriller Dolores Claiborne (1995, with Christopher Plummer), the drama Dead Man (1995), the horror sequel Tremors II: Aftershock (1996), the television series From the Earth to the Moon (1998), the comic adaptation Inspector Gadget (1999), the fantasy comedy The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle (2000), the war movie Windtalkers (2002), episodes of House M.D. (2006) and Dexter (2006), the music comedy Hamlet 2 (2008), and the short drama The Trainer (2010).

Mart passed away in 2009 at the age of 66.
