Jeannie Dreams is the actress who appeared as a Starfleet ensign in the first season of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Birthright, Part I". She received no credit for her appearances and was identified by fellow background actor Randy James. Her character was pictured on a Star Trek Customizable Card Game card. [1]
