Jean Segarra-Rosa is a Brooklyn-based artist. She attended the Pratt Institute, graduating in late 1991.

Her only Star Trek work was also her first contribution to the comics industry and was cover art for DC's "TNG Special 1". She later did some color work for Batman: Gotham Knights, Iron Man, and Captain America.

She currently works as the teen-age program coordinator at the Queen's Museum of Art.
