Jay Underwood (born 1 October 1968; age 43) played Mortimer Harren on the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Good Shepherd".

Jay was also in the 1986 movie ,'The Boy Who Could Fly', he played the part of Eric Gibb, an autistic boy who lives with his alcoholic uncle Hugo Gibb (played by Fred Gwynne)
