Janet Nemecek was a member of Starfleet in the 24th century.
In 2372, Nemecek was listed on a USS Voyager crew manifest appearing in a simulation by The Doctor, who recognized all the names in the manifest as accurate. (VOY: "Projections")
Nemecek was named for assistant script coordinator Janet Nemecek.
