In 2353, Mees was listed on a directory placard as having an office in room 75274 on Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations")
He was also listed on the dedication plaque for the USS Pasteur. (TNG: "All Good Things..." set artwork)
Mees was named for set decorator James Mees.
