James E. Flannigan is an actor who appeared as a background actor in an episode of Star Trek: Voyager. He received no credit for this appearance and was identified by the name tag of his costume, a sleeveless green/ orange robe, which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay and later worn by background actor Carlo Antonazzo. In 1993, Flannigan appeared as Passenger No. 6 in Peter Weir's drama Fearless alongside Trek performers John de Lancie, Steven Culp, John Towey, Stephanie Erb, Eric Menyuk, David Carpenter, William Newman, Kevin Brophy, and Rico E. Anderson.
