After college, Case trained acting at the SAG Conservatory, martial arts under Richard Nunez (she is holding a second degree black belt), singing, and dancing. She performed in several live shows, competitions, and stage plays, most recently in Ed Begley, Jr.'s play Cesar and Ruben in Los Angeles.

Her television appearances include featured parts, mostly as a dancer, in episodes of The 60's, Ally McBeal, Thirst, Baywatch, and Moesha. Case also appeared in several motion pictures including the thriller Most Wanted (1997, with Paul Sorvino, Tucker Smallwood, and Jerry Rector), the thriller L.A. Confidential (1997, with James Cromwell, Matt McCoy, Brenda Bakke, Steve Rankin, Allan Graf, Symba Smith, Robert Clendenin, Don Pulford, Jim Metzler, Colin Mitchell, Jeff Austin, Irene Roseen, and Jimmy Ortega), the comedy Living Out Loud (1998, with Jenette Goldstein, Gina Philips, Henry Woronicz, Willie Garson, and Laura Jane Salvato), John Putch's science fiction film Tycus (1998, with Tommy Hinkley, Bert Remsen, and John Putch himself), the drama Man on the Moon (1999, as did her DS9 co-stars Kelly Sheerin and Kelly Cooper and Vincent Schiavelli, Tracey Walter, Caroline Gibson, and Gene LeBell), and the comedy The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas (2000, with Joan Collins, Kevin Grevioux, Ted Rooney, and Scott L. Schwartz).

Beside her work in the entertainment industry, Case is also working as a real estate agent in California.
