Jack Nolan is an actor who played MACO Private R. Azar in an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise. As a background actor, he received no credit for his performance and his name was found when his costume was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. The same costume and name tag was also worn by background actors Jorge Benevides and Chase Kim and stunt actor Shawn Crowder. [1]
