Jack Klein is a writer who co-wrote with his partner Karen Klein the initial teleplay for the 1995 Star Trek: Voyager episode "Jetrel".

After writing the teleplay freelance with Karen Klein, staff writer and producer Kenneth Biller later did a page one re-write of their script. (Cinefantastique, Vol. 27, No. 4/5, p. 63) The writing of "Jetrel" remains Klein's only writing credit for the television and film industry.
