J.D. Cullum (born 1 March 1966; age 58) is the actor who played Toral in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "Redemption" and "Redemption II". He filmed his scenes for "Redemption" on Monday 15 April 1991 and on Thursday 18 April 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.
