He first played Doctor Orum in the third season episode "Unity", and then went on to appear as Barus in the final season's "Natural Law". Both of his costumes were sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay.
Besides Voyager, Brogger has appeared on numerous other popular television series, including 24, NYPD Blue, The Practice, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda, and the final two-part episode of Touched by an Angel, which also featured fellow Star Trek actor Paul Winfield.
