An isomagnetic conduit is an energy-distribution component aboard some starships.

In 2374, The Doctor and Lieutenant B'Elanna Torres encountered Dejaren, an HD25 Isomorphic Projection aboard a Serosian starship. They soon found, however, that Dejaren had become unstable and had murdered his crew. Dejaren subsequently attempted to kill B'Elanna, but she managed to expose him to an isomagnetic conduit, destabilizing his matrix. (VOY: "Revulsion")
